They were out of heartworm vaccines. I'm thinking maybe going to my private vet in the future would be much better. This used to be a good deal. A vet to look over your dog and less expensive vaccines. Now it's just vaccines if you aren't out of them. Not very impressive. Youve gone really down hill.

Then the team could show up with the vaccinations already ready, plus a few extra just in case. Then we wouldn't all have to stand in line and try to figure it out at the time of our appointment especially when you schedule these appointments 5 minutes apart. It takes longer than that just for them to enter the vaccinations that we need. That would also help when there is an pet in the mix, that is not used to being around all of these other pets. The vet and team were great! I think they're just put in a very bad position.

I was really worried the staff would have a hard time doing so because she is temperamental and tough sometimes, she’ll fight when she needs to. So I was very pleasantly surprised when the staff handled her perfectly and lovingly and she handled everything like a champ! Not a peep or a bite or fight was had. Thanks to all members involved for making my baby feel so safe. I will be coming back next year :)
