- MRMegan RigbyDec 27, 20251.0I took my puppy here for his first grooming. they told me they would only do his face, feet, and fanny. which i get but also not really.. it was annoying because we needed to get all his hair cut. but whatever. it took them 2 HOURS. i was getting really irritated waiting. when i finally went to pick him up, they told me he was really wiggly and didn't do that great... but I was frustrated because duh hes 3 and a half months old of course he was wiggly. And the haircut the did on his face looked so weird. PLUS, on the phone they told my husband that first time customers can get a 20% off discount with the email. but when i was paying, they said that discount didn't exist. so i paid $70 for a tiny haircut around his eyes that doesn't even look good, and waiting for 2 hours. we were not pleased and will be finding a new groomer.
