  I would NOT use the grooming here. The fees when you book your appointment, don't match the fees you actually get charged. Increased by 10, and then the paper you signed before your dog gets groomed also does not match what you are actually billed. Talked to customer service 2 times and they insisted it would get resolved. I never got an email from management. I would go to ANY OTHER GROOMER.

  This petco is very unprofessional i relocated my dogs grooming to this location usually i do the one in taylorsville and its great so im trying this one out my groomer was supposed to be with danise i scheduled an afternoon appointment as that was what was available she then texts me saying it wasn’t available that if i could do 11:30 or 12 i told her 12 worked then she texted me again saying those were filled ??? which idk how if she gave me those option so she gave me a last option 8 or same day i told her 8 and i showed up today at 7:55 nobody was even here ???? till the manager showed up at 8:05 and my groomer is still not here (currently 8:40am) i’ve been here 40min 😐 will not be scheduling a grooming appointment here ever again!!!

  I found plants and fish for my 125 gallon tank it's a community tank the young man who helped me was very good he asked all of the right questions to keep me out of trouble

  I only shop for treats at Petco's Treat Bar.The reason I don't use your Grooming services for my 2 dogs and buy their food at your store...it's because the rewards expire very quickly. PetSmart allows their customers to amass rewards to get a discount on food, services, or whatever they sell. it truly helps senior citizens, because they don't expire.

  I’m really frustrated with how this was handled. I bought a vaccination package for my cat that included a triple test. On the first visit, I was told they didn’t want to overwhelm her and that I should come back in 2–3 weeks, and that if I waited longer than that she would need additional shots. I came back exactly two weeks later and was then told it was too soon and that I needed to wait longer which directly contradicted what I was told the first time. When I finally came back a third time, they completed the remaining vaccines but then told me I would have to go to a completely different location to get the triple test done even though I had just watched them perform that same test on a dog at this location. Being sold a package that includes a service they “don’t do” at that location feels misleading and honestly scammy. The constant back-and-forth, conflicting information, and wasted trips made this a really frustrating experience. I expected clearer communication and transparency, especially when it comes to my pet’s health.
