Before I opened it and before its expiration date, there was a white fuzz that was visibly growing on the treats inside the package. I took the package back to the store, showed the employees, and asked if I could please get a new package. I didn't have the receipt and my Petco account didn't show that I had bought it within the past 30 days, so they refused to replace the package. One of the employees even argued with me saying that the white fuzz probably wasn't anything bad. I find it unacceptable that when one of their unopened and unexpired products goes bad, they are unwilling to give me a refund or replace the package.

Thank you to the kind staff here who took the time to talk to us and show our children a snake up for adoption. I am blanking on her name but she was so kind and spoke to us with knowledge about snakes and her experience owning them. She had a passion for what she spoke about and helped us throughout our time at the store. She also let us know about vital care rewards for our pets and set us up. We had 5 kids in the store and she was kind to each of them while speaking with us about caring for a pet we were interested in. Ill have to update this with a name when we go back this weekend. Edit: its now October 26. I had been struggling to feed snake because she was new and needed to get used to her new home. I was worried at first and talked with an employee who was knowledgeable and understanding. She put my worries to rest and assured me that our new snake was okay if she didn't eat right on schedule since she's relocated from the store. She gave me tips on how to handle feeding and what my pet was used to in the store. She was very understanding and very helpful. All of the employees are helpful, but my reason to review is for Employee Tay. Thank you so much Tay for the help and the wonderful snake we have come to love so much! If you've any snake questions. Tay is willing to help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
