I dropped off my two dogs for grooming, and when I returned, my poodle was brought out with blood on his head. Even more shocking — they tried to hand me someone else’s dog. My actual dog had been given to the wrong person and was no longer in the building. Throughout this, the owner took zero accountability. I paid in cash, and not only was I not offered a refund or discount for the incident. After calming down at home, I called back hoping to have a respectful conversation to resolve things. Instead, the owner remained rude, defensive, and dismissive. She told me not to bring my dogs back — and then called again 10 minutes later to claim my dog had supposedly bitten a groomer. My dog has never bitten anyone and has no history of aggression. It felt like an attempt to shift blame and avoid taking responsibility. This business is extremely unprofessional, careless, and unsafe. I would never trust them with my pets again, and I strongly urge other pet owners to be cautious. Pets are family, and they deserve far better treatment than this.
