  The Pie has the absolute BEST PIZZA in the State of Utah. Their customer service is excellent and they care about all customers. The food speaks for itself and you can never go wrong eating here or getting take out.

  If I could give this location less than one star, I absolutely would. The Petco in Riverdale has become a revolving door of management. They’ve gone through three managers in the last 90 days, and the newest one, who told me his name was Mark, is by far the least competent of the bunch. His customer service was easily the worst I have ever experienced at a big box store. I pay a monthly fee for one of their rewards programs, yet every time I go in they refuse to honor the benefits. Apparently the staff either doesn’t understand their own program or simply doesn’t care. When I attempted to escalate the issue, Dustin, the regional manager, never even bothered to return my call. That pretty much tells you everything you need to know about how customers are valued here. What makes this even more frustrating is that the experience at other locations is completely different. It’s honestly worth the short drive to the Harrisville store. Their staff is well-mannered, professional, and clearly trained to help customers instead of arguing with them. Their manager is fantastic and actually empowers employees to make decisions that improve the customer experience rather than hiding behind policies. Petco Riverdale is a mess. Poor leadership, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this location has earned every word of it. If you value your time and sanity, skip Riverdale and go to Harrisville instead.

  Usually like this place, don't like holding a bag of dog food for 15 straight minutes tho. Long line of people at the only register open with multiple employees just walking around, then when a time intensive customer finished up the cashier just walked away. No customer was getting assistance, so an off-the-clock employee helped his friend check out at the register and eventually a different employee walked over. I get that things happen, but also my arm is tired haha.
