We asked them to clean out the hair from our dogs ears which they said was no problem, but wasn’t done. This is led to an ear infection. He had razor burn which led to an infection. We spent over $300 at a vet to try and get him taken care of after that one visit. horrible experience start to finish! It’s clear they don’t care.

The GM, Miranda, ran my doggy to the ER and stayed with her until I could get there. She sat there with me until my dog was taken back to be operated on. Miranda sat there and gave my doggy ear massages. Got on the ground with her and gave her so much care. That the GM would sit there and make sure my dog was okay with it being 2 days to Christmas while shopping is at its heaviest is a testament to the company's caring attitude. I just can not thank her enough. But, I would also be doing a disservice if I didn't mention my usual groomers, Aislyn and Netty. Outstanding groomers that have taken such great care of my doggies for several years now. They do excellent work and always tell me how good my doggies are.....even though they can be handfuls (including my very hyper and loving doggy that had the medical issue). I know they love and care for the animals they groom. I could not be happier with them. It's great to know my doggies are in good hands from the groomers to the GM. I still feel like I am not adequately describing how awesome they are at Riverdale. Thank you so, so much!

We looked at the back and they have been expired since December of 2024 and we just bought it December 2025. We returned it at a different location and called the Riverdale store to let them know to pull them off the shelves! Please double check expiration dates before buying!!
