  One of my very few bad reviews. Went for walk in dog nails service and was told that they were short staffed and to come back next day. Went through this twice. Came on a Wednesday, thinking maybe mid week it'd be less busy. Grooming was randomly closed for the day. Scheduled a full bath and nails and it was cancelled because my dog, who is typically pretty chill, was overly stressed. The short staffed situation definitely puts a crimp in being able to provide any type of quality service unfortunately. Won't be back.

  I came in today, looking to buy some fish to start a new tank. While I was looking at the options that they had available, and I noticed one of the Fish was stuck on the filter still alive so I went to go track down an employee. When I asked the employee to please help the fish Because I feared that it would die without intervention. She looked at me and told me that “It’s going to die anyways, but sure I will get to it later”. She had no compassion and was completely apathetic to my request she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her.

  I arrived at the store around 6:35 PM and went straight to the fish department to purchase a betta fish, a snail, and supplies. There was no associate available in that area, so I went to the front to ask for assistance. Although there was only 1 other customer in the store and 2 associates, I was told there were no bettas elsewhere and no one came to help. After waiting a few more minutes without assistance, I walked back to the front again to request help. At that point (6:47 PM, according to my phone), Joey informed me they would not sell any animals within 15 minutes of closing due to store policy. I explained that we had driven from out of town specifically to purchase the fish and snail. Meanwhile, another employee was packaging crickets for a different customer. When I asked about the inconsistency, I was told it was because they were “close to the crickets.” It was frustrating to hear that no one was willing to walk to the fish department to help us. Overall, the lack of assististance and discrimination made for a disappointing experience. Better communication and customer service would have gone a long way
