Just about every one of them clearly had been plucking feathers, a few of them were just sitting shaking. These birds are clearly not being treated right in any way and it's genuinely concerning to see. I just wanted to leave a review and spread a little more awareness on this. I left a photo as proof too, these birds are clearly being very mistreated.

Staff is great, hiring manager seems to take their job seriously and hires good people where most other pet stores have younger staff who seem to care much less about their job or doing it well.
- MEMichelle EndresenMar 12, 20265.0My Yorkie hates getting groomed but, by the time they were through, he was giving them kisses. And when they saw he was too stressed out over he nails, they trimmed them but kindly didn't shave them and removed that charge from the bill. Thank You Orem Petco!
