  Missy is the absolute best. We come in monthly for a nail trim. She’s always patient and so sweet with my anxiety ridden dog. She’s the only one he allows to touch his paws. I highly recommend coming here. I can see what is going on and the staff is the best.

  My dogs always look great after their grooming appointments. I have no complaints and the grooming staff are wonderful.

  Flynn looks great, but I think I was overcharged. When I signed up online, I was quoted $85. When I arrived with my dog, I was quoted $148! When I mentioned the online quote, I was told that they always over-quoted. So when he was finished, which was two hours earlier than expected, the supervisor(?) told me that they'd REMOVED one of the $10 charges for de-shedding, then said that my bill was now $149! I was never great at math, but I do know the difference between higher and lower! I also know that when they're difficult, the price can go higher, but the minute she brought him out, I was told that he was very well-behaved! He didn't even get the bandana that I'd included in the price when I made the appointment, and IF he was spritzed afterwards, it didn't smell that great. I didn't get a chance to ask her about all the discrepancies, because she left, like out of the building left! I'm very confused.

  Impressive grooming services and stylists. Update: Laura is the stylist we use at Orem Petco. She’s incredibly talented and kind. My Cavachon Teddy loves her. Laura is the best groomer we’ve ever had in California and Utah.
