  Missy is the absolute best. We come in monthly for a nail trim. She’s always patient and so sweet with my anxiety ridden dog. She’s the only one he allows to touch his paws. I highly recommend coming here. I can see what is going on and the staff is the best.

  Manager told me my dogs are now medium sized dogs instead of small dogs and I now have to pay more when I’ve been bringing them here for grooming appointments as small adult dogs. I ask if it’s due to weight gain, she said no, they are medium dogs. I like the groomers however I find the manager rude.

  Flynn looks great, but I think I was overcharged. When I signed up online, I was quoted $85. When I arrived with my dog, I was quoted $148! When I mentioned the online quote, I was told that they always over-quoted. So when he was finished, which was two hours earlier than expected, the supervisor(?) told me that they'd REMOVED one of the $10 charges for de-shedding, then said that my bill was now $149! I was never great at math, but I do know the difference between higher and lower! I also know that when they're difficult, the price can go higher, but the minute she brought him out, I was told that he was very well-behaved! He didn't even get the bandana that I'd included in the price when I made the appointment, and IF he was spritzed afterwards, it didn't smell that great. I didn't get a chance to ask her about all the discrepancies, because she left, like out of the building left! I'm very confused.
