So I stayed up all night with her, to take her back in the next day. BUT SURPRISE THEY WERE CLOSED! And will Be closed for 6 days!!!! My pet is having issues with YOUR service, and I’m told - “oh well, we are closed, hope you don’t die till next week! “ NEVER- NEVER TRUST THEM!

My only complaint is not being able to get in touch with them, I have called a couple times and usually get voicemail and when I leave a callback number I don’t hear back from them.

After receiving a voice-mail from someone in their office, they arbitrarily canceled our appointment and gave it to someone else. This place is extremely unprofessional and I will highly consider never using their services again. No one will provide a single reason as to why it was canceled and the voice-mail said "we're overbooked and this is just a wellness check so we're canceling it". I have never been more unimpressed by a company's actions as this.
