I was very satisfied with the service provided by Dr. Eric Clough and the rest of the team. I will definitely come back, and would strongly recommend their affordable Adult Complete Care package that includes : Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP Vaccines, Heartworm Test, Intestinal Parasite Screening and Dewormer. There’s no squeezing him in or offer to let me know about cancellations.. no recommendations for another location.. nothing. So it’s been a waste of money since this clinic is unavailable when I need them.

They took her back to the room, examined her (took about 5 minutes) and gave her an antibiotic shot (which now I’m not even sure if they actually gave to her since I wasn’t really there) they said that the infection would go away in 2 weeks and gave me a few recommendations on switching her food bowl. Well now it has gotten worse.!!!! I have called multiple times & no answer. This place is a joke. I pretty much paid them to examen my pet and treat her just for her infection to get worse.!
- ABAzadeh BaesmatDec 4, 20191.0i would give them negative starts if i could, i took my dog there back in FEB just because my vet was closed, first it took them for ever to come and take us to a room, than it took them another 20 minutes to come in the room. i told them whats wrong and the vet just touch my dog couple times and she said he has to do a TEST and US and Xray at another location because they cant do it there. $1600 later i found out there is nothing wrong with my dog and it was just behavior issues. since FEB they have charged my account $9.00 a month with out my consent ( i have insurance for my dog that i pay $60.00 a month for it ). when i found that the y have took $99.00 from my account so far , i went back to that location, when i was there the tech told me 4 other people came in with same problem( that there says how they operate their business). gave me the corp office phone number, I called them and still nothing. they are telling me to go on their useless website and apply to get my money back , but when i go on the website it doesnt work. its keep saying they will send an email to verify my account and that email never comes through. I have verified my email over the phone and at the location. they are THIEVES save your time and your money and find an actual vet.
