- MBMaegen BacherSep 28, 20201.0I have been taking my dog to Thrive for over a year now. For the most part I’ve been satisfied. We took my dog in for an appointment for a torn CCL. He’s had the surgery on one of his knees already and the symptoms this go around have been the exact same as before. We saw Dr. Charlie Gold, and not only was he incredibly disrespectful, he didn’t listen to what we were asking at all. We politely asked if he would take an X-ray since we would like to send it to the surgeon for their opinion and he said that he couldn’t as he didn’t deem it necessary. I would normally recommend Thrive to a friend, however this past appointment left a lot to be desired.
