- CCcassie combe6 days ago3.0I love Petco and definitely will continue visiting but I do need to complain about a recent visit I had in store. I purchased 4ct hornworms and I like to wait until they get a little bigger so they are the right size for my reptiles. I waited one day and checked on them and all 4 worms were dead in less than 24 hours from when I purchased them. I called the store and told them the issue, the lady on the phone was very nice and said I can come back and I can get a replacement. I came to the store and told a different lady named Wendy what had happened and she said I have to pay the difference for the new ones because I did use a coupon in store that I had. I told her I shouldn’t have to pay anything i just wanted a replacement. She then began to argue with me saying she couldn’t do that for me. I was very unsatisfied and just ended up paying just to leave the store because there was a line forming. I contacted customer support and they resolved my issue with no hesitation or extra questions and they even gave me a $15 credit to my account for the inconvenience. Wendy definitely needs to learn customer service and more training on her job.

The 3 fish that I bought to put i the tank with my foot & a /2 Plecostomus are doing GREAT so far. I will be back to get a couple more fish in a week or so. THANK YOU for your help.
