These are kind and caring folks that give your furry friend great care. They assisted in helping lay our canine family member to rest when she became extremely ill. Banfield Pet hospital sent us a sweet message in a card with our dog's nose print, footprint, and some memorial wildflowers to plant in remembrance of our pet.

I love most of the vets' here and the staff is great. Dr. Urbick is the best. She saved my kitten.

Quantity over quality... The employees are great, really great... The Banfield business model is not. Overview: -Great staff, caring, patient, and very kind. -The payment plan might make sense if your dog never needs anything besides regular check-ups and vaccines but even then you aren't saving much. -You probably won't get the same vet each visit. -You will have to plan your visits far in advance. -You might not get urgent or emergency care when needed. Detailed Review: I've been taking my dog here since she was a puppy (6+ years). For the most part they have been pretty good but I have some issues. The payment plan is supposed to be saving me money. I pay around $30 for per month for the plan which includes 2 yearly visits and teeth cleaning every other year. But almost every visit I still end up paying another $30 - $100 in something else my dog needed that wasn't part of the plan. My dog has had 4 different vets!!! It would be nice to just have the same vet seeing my dog... The other issue (and this is a biggie). I can never get appointments when I need them. You can't always plan months in advance and as a paying member of their plan you still don't always have access to a vet when you need. Just had a visit and was told to schedule a follow-up visit in two weeks... Called to schedule was and told there is nothing available for almost a month. They really try to push drop-off appointments which are fine but they don't work for all animals and owners. It seems like as a business they are more concerned with QUANTITY OVER QUALITY... Banfield, you could be doing much better. The employees are amazing and I have always been impressed by their patience and care.

You could not make a worse decision for the care of your pet. My dog is bleeding from being bitten and they literally turned us away. We pay for their awful plan and have been going there for over two years. If you want someone who cares about your dog and has more than ONE vet on staff at any given time. Save your money and you pet and stay away!!!!!!!!!!
