The groomer was patient and explained the differences between their services offered. She was also welcoming and friendly. What I appreciated the most was her Patience with me. Thank you

Are okay with your dog arriving on time for your appointment and then have your dog sit for 2.5 hours minimum in a crate before they do anything? NOPE. Grooming takes about a hour-1.5 hrs. The dog should not sit waiting in a box for 2.5 hrs to be seen. Make your appointment times accurate PETCO. Unfortunately, I’ll have to find another groomer.

I tried to call to get my dog in to get a haircut they didn't answer the phone so I get online to make an appointment and they're not doing haircuts it would have been nice to know when I was making the appointment online before I filled out all the information that they're not doing haircuts I give this store one star if I could do a 1/2 I would.. Other than that they do have some good things inside for your animals. it just really bothered me that they did not answer their phones and they're not putting the information online like they should about dog grooming

I recently took 2 dogs in for a bath and brush with the additional deshedding package added on (over $140 total) They didn’t do any deshedding and didn’t even brush the dogs (it wasn’t that they did a poor job, it wasn’t done at all). One dog I was notified was too scared to bathe and I understood (he’s a bee rescue), I asked if the dog had been brushed out and was told yes, but it definitely didn’t occur. I have reached out for a refund and not heard back.
