Unfortunately, this location didn’t live up to that promise. When I arrived, they told me they couldn’t take my dog at all and offered an appointment… four days later! Seriously? That completely defeats the purpose of a walk-in service. Really disappointed in the inconsistency. If walk-ins aren't truly available, don't advertise them as such.
