Yeah don’t go here, first the employees are disrespectful and could not care less if you wanna buy something or not and second they will kick you out for legit no reason so. I will also take accountability we were tossing around a 2 inch ball and it was somewhat near the cages yes that was a problem. Instead of asking us to stop he goes to the door and says “Get out.” We were just walking around and even were interested in buying a hamster but they told us there system was down store wide which was fine. But we were just killing time there which is not a problem or illegal. Rude staff.😊

I don't shop here a lot. I tried a product, which unfortunately didn't work, so I took it back with the receipt within 30 days. The representative tried to tell me that the product I had wasn't on my receipt, without bothering to scan the product to see if it was correct; it was the only shopping I had done there in quite sometime and the only receipt I had for them, so it was clearly the correct receipt and product. Don't hassle people for no reason.

Rude manager. Refused to sell to me. Went in to buy a gunnie pig, just to be told the pair was bonded. The sign said buy one get one half off. I said I would buy both. Then they asked me to leave. I think the teenage girls running the joint, was bonded to them. Why else refuse to sell a pet a grown adult?

said they could only give 2 peppered corydoras to “start off” because they will fight once they grow up to 4 inches completely wrong information. Should have staff who are actually informed about the fish they sell.
