I recently had a horrible experience at the West Bountiful Petco. One that led me to never want to be associated with Petco ever again. But my experience at the Farmington location today and with Sophie, the most pleasant customer service person, has eased my opinion some. You can actually read my review about West Bountiful Petco. I have never left the negative review about anything but that experience left me just shook. Sophie today was so pleasant and took the time to really talk to me about grain-free diets with cats and initiated the conversation! Something I had done many times with the customer service people at West Bountiful but with no avail.. Sophie was so pleasant and knowledgeable and just a positive light. Thank you Sophie for making me feel like I have a place to go to get my supplies now.
