  Okay store. Have all major brands. Kind of annoying to find dog stuff sometimes due to the tight aisles. Staff not always available. Crickets they sell are a gamble. I've received the wrong size crickets and I've received crickets that all died within 10 hours. One batch of crickets were all missing a back leg, strange. Hours are helpful - that they're open late or later.

  Checking out at Petco today was honestly so weird. I said no to entering a loyalty number, and the cashier asked “would it be okay if i just entered in a random person’s phone number instead?” Why is that even being asked out loud to a customer? That’s not normal, and it put me in an awkward spot immediately. It felt dishonest and unprofessional, like I was being pulled into something I shouldn’t be part of. If employees are doing this regularly, that’s a problem. This needs to be addressed, because that kind of interaction shouldn’t be happening at checkout at all. Why would I want an employee/customer’s phone number benefiting from my transaction? Such a strange question to ask and she honestly looked offended that I didn’t say yes to her question.

  Terrible experience with groomers. I had an appointment and after arriving I was told they would not groom my dog because she was intact. At no time while making the appointment was I informed of this. The groomer also handled the situation very poorly acting like having an intact pet was somehow a terrible thing. I would not ever take a pet to this location.

  I would come here to see Brooklyn for dog groomer and my experience was great! She was super fast! and we loved the way our dog looked! She has since moved so I had her help me book with someone else there that she trusted along with similar work. I had dropped him off at 11:45 Am. The new groomer we were seeing, was super friendly. I told her all I wanted was him bum, paws and face trimmed. Now I did get exactly what I wanted and my dog looks great. BUT I had no received a call or a text about my dog being ready for pick up. It was now 2:00 pm. I had called and asked if there was an update. I could tell the lady that answered the phone was NOT. Who I dropped my dog off to. The lady then answers the phone again and says “I need to call you back I don’t know where the groomer is” I then said so if he ready ? and I heard him back in the background. my dog has a very distinctive bark so I know when it’s him.. The lady said “ I don’t know that’s why I said I need to call you back” and she was very rude! I then decided to leave my house to go get him an then I decided a call. I was also told that while he was there he also peed on himself while he was in the kennel and needed a second bath. My experience today has not been like any other times i’ve been there. And I unfortunately will not go back. And for getting a bath, his paws face and bum trimmed not even his body. I paid 116$.

  Impossible to get someone to help you here. I have to come here often to get supplies for my fish tank, it’s near impossible to get any help here without some attitude attached to it every time. Seems like the employees dont want to so anything at all.
