They called after three hours to say the dog had been injured and to come pick him up. Upon arrival my dog had a baseball sized lump on his head and jagged cuts across his forehead that were bleeding. His entire body is patchy and down to the skin on half of the spots that were shaved. Asked for video footage because clearly something terrible had happened to him and the employees said they had no idea what happened and that they just found him like that. They would not show video footage and claimed the cameras don't span the full length of the grooming area. Do not take your pets here!
