Than I make an appointment for haircut and bath, the appointment is made and all is good than she comes in to work see’s the name of the dog and tells us she won’t do it now, without seen the dog again, because he is matted and needs a doctor to do the haircut. My dog is not matted that bad, I have come to this store many times and never had a problem!. Anywhere I go they are happy to take him. This is not ok, always making up an excuse to not do her job. I will take this to corporate!
