Upon arrival, I was informed the photos were a mandatory $20 “donation” with no prior mention on the website, confirmation email, or in-store signage. We paid the fee. Delivery was promised within 24 hours, but the email arrived after five days and contained only two poorly shot images. When I inquired about the additional photos taken during the session, the staff member replied, “I selected the best two and deleted the rest.” There was no opportunity to view or purchase any other images; they had already been permanently deleted them. In summary: • Event marketed as free but required payment • Significantly delayed delivery • Only two photos provided despite many being taken • Remaining images deleted without customer review This felt like false advertising and poor customer service. I expected more transparency and professionalism from Petco. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this event.

He was so kind to remind us of a coupon they had up front for the pet food we were buying. He had such great energy and brightened our day. You could tell he loves his job and what he does. Thank you Scott! I would personally shop at petco for the kindness he showed and great customer experience!
