I tried to take it home but was told someone that works there was going to. Why would you leave a snake on display that clearly needs a vet or an experienced individual to take over its care? An animal doesn’t just get like that overnight. The snake has been sick for weeks. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

He was super knowledgable and truelly cared about keeping animals. Always super friendly and answered the millions of questions my kids had. Seriously Dissapointing to see him gone. My kids used to love coming in every fish shipment and taking home new and unique fish to put in their tanks. Sad to see that excitement disappear. it just like walking into any other petco or petsmart.

They were so dirty from the last manager and the new one they hired has really turned these tanks around. The last employee was really rude whenever we talked to him and was so vulgar we had to go tell another manager who handled the situation. All these reviews about the old manager lead me to believe it’s either family or friends leaving them because Bryant the new guy has been amazing and has turned the tanks around! We will only shop at this location!
