When I asked the lady at the check out stand if there was someone available to help, she said she would call Steve and dismissed me immediately. We waited another 15 min after she called him before he came to assist us. Even then it seemed we were taking up his time and he had better things to do. This is the second time in the last few months we have been treated poorly at the Clinton location and have had to wait a long time to get any kind of assistance at all.

It won't allow me to put one in in the app because the service is considered a walking service. However every time I walk in they are to busy so do it. So I called and got told by the gentleman who answered that he would have someone call me back by the end of the day and schedule an appointment. A week later still no call. I called in again and got voicemail. I left a message and it took 2 days to get a text response with I can fit you Friday at 2:30. Which is right in the middle of work. So I texted back alternate days that I could do. It's 24 hours later still no response. Update: Called the number and talked to the manager over grooming. He listened and explained their situation but also acknowledged that the lack of communication was unacceptable. He gave me a way to insure my next appointment would be scheduled and worked to make things right. I will reevaluate the rating after future appointments.
