- TNTerry NNov 8, 20255.0I have been to going to Petco Grooming for the past 6 yrs and have only one incident which they took care of. Having the vitacare program providing discount on grooming and rewards dollar plus free grooming rewards have helped maintain my two dogs and length allowing me to do around 6 weeks grooming which makes our whole family happy.I have been going to Morgan for some time now and she knows the dogs and does an amazing job each time. She’s been really the only consistent person there and hope she sticks around. Finding good groomers is difficult and I appreciate Morgan.read some other review… to be fair I keep my Britany spaniel poodle mix and maltipoo fur really short. So no experience with elaborate different style of fur length and maybe more customized fur options is better suited elsewhere.

- TKTeresa KarasJul 11, 20251.0I have never been so disappointed in the service and management. My 13 year old dog was scheduled for grooming on July 5th. My husband went to the wrong location but the groomer at Petco was texting me and I told her/him that he would be late as he was driving from Centerville. The groomer told me as long as he arrived by 9:15am she would be fine to groom our dog. When he arrived he was told by the groomer that it was past 9:15am but his watch said 9:12. Anyway, she would not take hour dog. The manager said that he would get our dog in and he would call my husband to set up a time. Last on July 5th the senior manager called, and set up an appointment for Thursday at 8:30am, July 10th. My husband showed up at 8:30am on Thursday and they said that “we” had canceled it. We did not cancel, we did not even make it. The manager made it for us. I will NEVER shop or come back to a PETCO location.
