I showed up for my appointment at 2:30 and left paid for all the works teeth, ears, nails. At 5:30 I got a bit worried and decided to go check on them. Neither were done and she started to rush. I didn't get a real experience in the least. No cute bandana nothing..... What in the actual hell?

This being his 3rd only professional grooming, We were super nervous... That was until we met Tess, His now forever groomer. She was patient, kind & obviously cares very much for the animals she is entrusted with. She was also very knowledgeable & informative, Answering every question we had in detail. I even called midway through his session & She explained where they were in the process & Reassured us that he was in good hands. She well surpassed any expectations we had & We cannot say enough good about her & Our overall experience. Thank you, thank you for taking such great care of our little guy! We will be seeing you soon! 🐾 ❤️

We just started bringing him here last month and she’s been able to fix his crazy haircut from our last place and they have a special shampoo for my dog sensitive skin. She’s so amazing with animals and has made it a better experience for our dog to get groomed.
