  Dr. Hatton and the entire team took great care of my kitten who needed to rewrapped back leg due to a healing fracture. Will absolutely come back here due to the care and quality our pet was provided.

  I thought it was a lie until i checked my credit report and there it was “Banfield” I had signed with their Wellness Plan and yet every time I tried to use my benefits I received the same answer “It’s not covered “ I am not sure what is covered! The American Fork office dragged out a simple ear infection appointment for 3 visits. They overpriced my visit and then said if you “join” we will give you a discount. Perhaps to the “normal” cost! I even had the highest plan! I asked to cancel it. Instead of canceling my plan, they took offense instead and put it on my credit report. I don’t trust this company! I do not trust Banfield! I miss VET IQ so much and wish I could find something similar to be honest!

  My cat needs a surgery and so I got ready to take her in for testing. When she gets anxious she tends to throw up a lot so I didn't feed her in the morning and planned to as soon as I got back from her appointment. I took her in and what was supposed to be a blood draw which apparently couldn't be done with me around. She had to be checked in and the process would take about 2 hours. I accepted this and left her in their care planning to come pick her up shortly. Apparently they overbooked themselves and 5 hours later still hadn't cared for my cat. On the phone I expressed my concern about my cat not having eaten the secretary tells me my cat can go a week without eating. Excuse you!? I immediately leave to pick her up and as soon as I show up, magically all of her testing had been completed. Definitely a place I'd steer away from if I cared about my pet. They clearly don't.

  They professionally did a great job on my dog, helping me with removing large masses of ingrown hairs and bumps I pay for insurance. It’s well worth the money.

  I have the wellness plan here for my senior dog. The preventative care has been satisfactory, but I’m giving them one star because they aren’t there when I need them. My dog was ill for a day, so I wanted to call them in the morning to see if I should bring him in or just keep watching him. Google says they open at 7 so I called at 7:15 and their message said they open at 8. No problem. I called back at 8:15, 8:20, and 8:30, same message. I tried calling into Petsmart directly, same thing. Their message advises that you can schedule an appointment online so I figured I better do that. Well what do you know, but the online scheduler says I have to call in. I’ve been wanting to reach them for an hour and a half with no luck. Guess I better cross my fingers for my dog and hope he gets better on his own. Seriously disappointing given how much I pay for the wellness plan each month.
