Took my dog to Red Hills to get a painful sore on her cheek looked at. When my Wife mentioned she felt it might have been an absess from a cracked tooth the vet took a quick look in our dogs mouth (without even using a light), and said she did not see any cracked teeth. The vet said it the sore on her face was likely a "spider bite", and gave us antibiotics. After a few weeks, the sore on her face returned. A second visit resulted in the same misdiagnosis and more antibiotics were prescribed . Mind you, the vet never took a close look at the inside of our dogs mouth, and never bothered to use a headlamp, or flashlight. We were charged for this 2nd useless visit and left feeling unsatisfied and ripped off. A week later, we brought our dog to another vet, and they identified the cracked tooth right away, and later extracted it. Problem solved.

Huge huge huge 5 stars to Dr Courtney, her vet techs, and Desi at the front!! My boyfriend and I brought our Tinga girl in for a checkup and vaccines after bringing her home from Michigan. They gave us so many things and tips to help her feel better. Went back today for another checkup and found out she’s got a few more issues than we previously thought!! They got her all fixed up and sent us on our way with our girl. By far the best gals around and highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a vet!!

I reached out to Red Hills for emergency services and was greeted with prompt, compassionate care. I recently adopted a couple kittens from the Casper Metro shelter, and one of them had panleukopenia. He was fading quickly and the entire staff at this clinic did everything they could to help my kitten. He did not survive, as the death rate is very high with the disease, and he had a rough life in the shelter. However, I was so impressed with the care he received and the kindness from the veterinarians was amazing. The ladies at the front desk provided excellent customer service as well. I called last night at closing to get the second kitten in for testing, since he was also exposed to the disease, and was given an appointment first thing this morning. The staff cared about the urgency of this matter, and acted quickly to get him in ASAP. I will be phasing all of my pets future appts to Red Hills going forward.

I left Red Hills a few years ago because I was told my cat was misdiagnosed. She was on expensive food for renal failure for years and the new doctor told me she couldn’t find anything in her records that explained why. Fast forward to this year, my cat needed emergency services and they were able to get him in, as my regular vet could not. He’s now had two emergency visits this year and Dr. Courtney and staff have been exceptional! I appreciate them all so much and the fact that my cat is still with us. I was reluctant to return to Red Hills but so thankful I did.

The lady at the front desk is so kind. While we were there picking up our dog she was getting non stop calls and still managing to deal with in person customers. On another note, we got our dog neutered here and they went over everything they were charging, no surprise billing. They respected our decisions on some vaccinations and told us exactly what they did and how he behaved under anesthesia. I have total peace of mind because of how detail oriented they were with records and making sure we knew every detail. I totally recommend this place.
