From the initial booking of the appointment to the end when they let me go out the back door, they were compassionate, thorough, kind and patient. Each and every staff member I encountered treated me and my pet in a professional and dignified manor. I couldn't had a better experience saying goodbye to my beloved pet. Thank you Red Hills. Keep it up.
