- DDDonna DollAug 17, 20265.0My two males, Tyson and Snaps, had an allergic reaction to their shots at another vet and Animal Medical went above and beyond to take care of them! Even with it being after hours and they called the next three days in a row.
- JCJadelynn ChristensonJul 30, 20261.0After hearing of an incident that took place I believe that this belongs here. There is a lady who lives here in Gillette who called animal medical center after hours and ask them to take care of her miniature horse foal which they agreed to do, a little while later they called her back and told her that they wouldn't be able to do it because she was a miniature horse foal. She posted on Facebook about her experience and after trying to take her dogs and cats back there a few months later she was denied service because of a post on Facebook. The problem that I have is she had a horse shortly after that needed desperate help and they refuse to help the horse, she had to call a different vet to see what the horse needed and they told her that he needed medication immediately. They then called animal medical center to see if they could dispense the medication locally so she didn't have to make a 3-hour round trip with a sick horse risking his life. Instead they refused to do it so she had to go all the way to salt Creek veterinary. An animal's life should always become priority and should always come before ego, I will no longer be bringing my animals here as that treatment is disgusting.
