The store is clean and well stocked and the staff are super friendly and the bathrooms have been clean when I’ve used them. The reason I’m giving it three stars is not because if it’s atmosphere or it’s employees or anything like that it is simply because there’s just not ever anything good in the store and I mean from my pet beds to pet supplies, leashes, and things like that I always find myself wanting to go here and expecting to find something great just to be let down and realize that I have to go to PetSmart. I’m not biased. I just really think that there is a lot more over there so I mean if it’s something simple that you need I would say stop here if it’s closer to where you live, but if it’s just a shopping trip and you’re looking for tons of stuff or like new things for your pet I would recommend PetSmart. Nothing wrong with this store again it’s a great store. I’ve gotten plenty stuff here but just keeping it real.

Y'all, their grooming is superb! Tori F. is so good. She's kind and gentle, calms Rufus down. She cuts his hair so precisely and i love the smoothness of his nails. We've been to her three times now and we've been beyond satisfied with her skills! You won't be sorry. Book with Tori F. She's a Rockstar!!!
