- KCKatie Coady3 days ago1.0I have a new puppy I'd like to get into daycare and training classes and someone recommended Marcie's. Before you can make a consult appt, you have to upload vet records, which means you have to create an acct. But in order to do that, you have to give them your bank information at the time of registration. I was a little hesitant, but I did it anyways... and then heard nothing back. I sent another message thru their website, specifically asking for someone to contact me, but heard nothing again. I called them a week later, she said I was missing some vaccine info, but after she looked at the records I sent, everything was there. So the next step is to have a consulatation with the trainer, and they would contact me the following day. Well, it's been 3 days since then and still have heard nothing. So now they have my bank info for no reason. I sent a request to have my account deleted. Booked with Family Dog Center with less than a 10 min phone call.
