- NHNiaz HaqueAug 9, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my recent grooming experience at Petco. The groomer was different from the person I usually use, and unfortunately, the quality of the grooming was very poor. My dog’s hair was cut unevenly throughout her body, with some areas shaved almost down to the skin. Even more concerning, she had injuries on her tail from the clippers being used too closely. This is completely unacceptable and very upsetting as a pet owner. I have had good experiences with Petco in the past, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Unfortunately, based on what happened, I would not feel comfortable bringing my dog back for grooming here again..
