Steven did an excellent job with her grooming—her hair looks great, her nails are perfectly trimmed, and her teeth cleaning was a nice added touch. He was very kind, gentle, and professional throughout the entire visit, which made us feel completely comfortable leaving Lucy in his care. We will definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Steven!

Two of the groomers were having problems holding onto a big dog and Steve told one how to hold onto the dog and the dog calmed down. He definitely comes with a lot of experience!
