  This is not my first time here but 2nd time unhappy. I took a new pet, a rescue who's never seen a vet, to get first round shots a nail trim shave and check up. My cat got a ugly scruffy patch shave, they missed 7 nails out of 20, as far as health my cat needed rabies, distemper, dewormer minimum. I told them to give him every thing he would need...... and im now still having to house said cat apart from the whole house because I have a 2 year old child, and cannot risk him becoming sick because a vet gave the bare minimum. I now have to reschedule at another vet just to get distemper and dewormer for him so he can join in with the family. We explained that he had suffered at the hands of the previous owner and blue skies continued this pattern by not providing the care that was requested. Your not allowed to go back with your pet and when you go back to pick them up the receptionist is incapable of telling owner about the visit, she simply goes over we gave this shot we did this we did that ok so how can you pay and does not seem to be able to tell owners much information other than your pet seems ok. They also do not accept any insurance, they do not accept care credit but 50 50 of you call and ask and they say they either do or dont.
