The employees that work there are helpful but I won’t be taking my dog back for vaccination. I had to come back a second time because the first time they had an incident, which is not the problem, the first time I was there they said they would call me and never did, then marked that I missed my appointment even though I was there 15 minutes early. So I had to come back a second time to get a lepto and a bordatella vaccine and now both my dogs have bordatella. My dogs do not interact with dogs other than each other so I know for a fact they got it from this Petco location. I just don’t think they are equipped to handle care for dogs like that.

All personnel were kind and very professional. Unfortunately, they had just had an incident right before the sweet girl checked me in, so there was a 20 minute delay. But then all went very smooth and quickly. Thank you to a great staff for giving my dog Reggee all of his immunizations during his puppy stages. He is caught up now until next June. The updates, through both e-mails and texts were thorough and clear, keeping their lines of communication with me very well. Best wishes to all. I will be back!
