You can truly tell she cares about the pets she works with and treats them with patience and love. I really appreciated the updates and the attention she gave to Massimo to make sure he felt safe and cared for. Highly recommend her as a pet stylist and groomer!

After waiting all day, I finally called the store, and they said my order was ready to be picked up. They didn't know why I didn't get an email when my order was ready.
- MGMary GulledgeApr 14, 20261.0I would have continued working with mikayla if she didn’t lie to me about cutting my dogs ears. This has happened 2 times now where I have specifically asked for no cut or trim on ears and she will override my wishes and cuts them anyways. When I come for pickup she will go out of her way to lie and tell me that she didn’t cut them even if I don’t ask. Not to mention, when you leave some of the older, longer hair behind it’s extremely noticeable. However I live my days with this little boy, and I would have noticed either way.
