  I am so beyond impressed with everything at Dog City. We bring three dogs for various things (boarding, grooming etc) all of different sizes and different temperments. They are so kind and patient here and our pups always have a great time. 10/10!

  My Cocker Spaniel and I have been coming to Dog City in Saint Francis for grooming, daycare, and boarding for a couple of years now. I have their magnet on my car! I'm grooming my dog myself now, but before I learned to do that, I took him to Dog City to be groomed. He always looked great, but the most impressive thing was that he would be happy--not nervous, not scared--when I would take him back there to be groomed again! My dog is sensitive, especially about having his ears messed with, but I could see that he felt totally safe and secure every time we went for a grooming appointment. Later we began using the daycare and boarding services, which are great as well. Dog City has a positive vibe, which you can feel as soon as you walk in the door. Your dog will feel it too! It's a super fun place for dogs to be.

I use their daycare and grooming services and have always had a wonderful experience. :) everyone is so personable, sweet, and knowledgable. love the bakery case and all the little special touches they do to make sure your dog is having the best day ever! and who doesn't love their daily social media posts showing off their fluffy guests!? thank you for taking such great care of Goose - you're all awesome!!

  I’ve been using Dog City Hotel & Spa for daycare for about 3.5 years, and my pups love it. They both have totally different personalities; one is super social and loves to run and play all day, while the other is more of an introvert and prefers to hang back and observe. She doesn’t necessarily go for the other dogs, but she does go for the people, and the enrichment add-ons are something she really enjoys. The staff really knows my dogs and does a great job catering to their individual needs, which I really appreciate. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing they’re safe and well cared for. Also, I love all the pictures and videos they post. It’s so fun seeing what they’re up to during the day!
