I tried bringing my pet wildebeest in, and Dani was incredibly patient while we tried to figure out accommodations for him. Unfortunately, he was a little over the weight limit. 😂 All jokes aside, Dani is genuinely one of the kindest and most patient people I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. She’s always friendly, welcoming, and great to talk to. Based on my experiences with Dani and the people at Top of the Valley Pet Resort, I’d absolutely recommend them. Great people, great customer service — just maybe leave your wildebeest at home. 😂

First I want to apologize for taking so long for sending my gratitude to the owner of Top Of The Valley Pet Resort ! In June of 2025 my husband had a sudden cardiac arrest and I needed to be with him while he was being treated at the UofM , I was in a state of shock and panic ! I had 2 dogs that needed to be cared for , I was so upset I could hardly talk when I called , thank goodness the owner answered the phone, she was so wonderful, she was a God send ! She even offered to come pick them up for me, she could tell what a basket case I was ! My sister was on her way to help me so we were to get the dogs there . They stayed for 2 weeks and were very well cared for. I called often to check and they were so understanding every time! That was my first encounter with this boarding place and it will now be the only place I use. Needless to say I highly recommend them, everyone is friendly, the dogs are happy and it is spotless. My dogs have been there 2 more times since and it won't be the last, I love this place ! Also my one dog has an autoimmune disease and needs special care so I was worried about that, the trauma they both witnessed that terrible day and then having to being sent away, but they came through it well staying at Top Of The Valley!! Thank you for taking good care of my fur babies ! You're the greatest!!!

My dogs favorite play ground. She loves the attention and all her friends. She might however, not want me to pick her up. No such thing as to much fun.
