The staff was super friendly, helpful, and actually seemed to care about the animals instead of just trying to sell me a squeaky dinosaur and sending me into the void. The store was clean, organized, and they had everything I needed for my pet. I swear my dog got more excited walking into Petco than most people get walking into Disney World. Pretty sure he thinks we’re co-parenting with the employees at this point. Great service, great selection, and a great experience overall. Definitely recommend!

And while I'm happy with the fish I got, this particular employee on 2 occasions has been SO unfriendly that I refuse to buy fish by myself anymore. I will only send my husband. This guy that gets called out to "help" you get your fish is the most rude person I've maybe ever encountered. And this last time he was so pissed to be doing his job that I was afraid and backed up. Kept my distance until he was done. He's very aggressive in his body language and beyond over his job. Such an attitude. I barely said 2 words to the guy. I don't know why he's so angry but I cannot be the only one who has felt this way with him. Don't know his name but it's a young skinny white boy. I'll stay away from buying anymore fish.
