- JSjosh smithJun 10, 20262.0I spoke to them two weeks ago about bringing our dogs there. They asked me the breed and weight and other details. They quoted me a price for routine grooming. I called back to set an appointment and now get told that they don’t groom dogs over 100 pounds and haven’t for a while. My dogs are 102 and 105 pounds. I have nothing against policies, however there wasn’t an issue 2 weeks ago and the policy was not mentioned then.

I made the appointment then remembered this so I called and said I didn't think it would work to bring her in. They said it would be fine they work with dogs like that all the time. When I went to get her, not only was she so very clean and pretty, they said she had the best temperment with them and even around the other dogs. I even teased about sending her once a week to socialize! I have found them to be the same price it is anywhere and I love how they treat the animals there and are so helpful with information! Foxi is the 3rd dog we've had and the 3rd generation to be groomed at Doggie Depot!
