    Overall Professionalism and practice is lack-luster. As well as operating in a timely professional matter. This hospital had rescheduled me from thursday July 2 to Monday July 6 and once again called me that Monday morning trying to once again reschedule for earlier that day and when I said I was on my way for the scheduled appointment the receptionist had to check "if that still works" I would hope that my SCHEDULED appointment would still work. After the lady on the phone confirmed that it would "still work" she said "let's just get it over with" I scheduled this appointment because my cat needed care. When the vet tech came in she was clearly inexperienced even having to check where the simple rabies shot should be placed. I'm not sure I agree with the practices of this animal hospital and I would hope as a company you would strive to do better.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ I strongly caution anyone using this clinic for USDA health certificates for international pet travel — our experience was an absolute nightmare. We were explicitly told our health certificate would be returned via air shipment. It was sent ground instead. That single miscommunication caused a cascading series of delays that resulted in missed travel dates, forced rebooking, and significant financial losses — all completely avoidable. To make matters worse, the clinic's response time to our follow-up queries with the USDA was unacceptably slow. When you're dealing with time-sensitive international travel documents for two dogs, every hour matters. We needed urgency and accountability — we got neither. The stress of traveling internationally with pets is already significant. Having a clinic give you incorrect information about something as critical as document shipping method — and then being slow to help resolve the fallout — is simply inexcusable. We incurred real financial losses due to this clinic's error. I would not trust them with USDA documentation again, and I would strongly recommend finding a clinic with proven experience in international pet travel paperwork before committing. If you want to make it hit even harder, consider adding the specific dollar amount lost and the number of days delayed — concrete figures make reviews far more credible and useful to other pet owners reading it.

    I have been using Banfield since I got my first pet back in 2009. I chose them because I was in the army at the time. Wherever I went, I’d have a clinic close to me and didn’t have to worry about finding a place when I relocated and their plans made life so much easier for me. From puppy/kitten to senior, everything is taken care and discounts are given for meds. Before my boy Snoopy (my soul dog) passed they took such amazing care of him. In November I took in a cat after his owner passed away and the kids were going to put him down. I’ve never been a cat person but I was not going to let that happen and at first was going to keep him until I found a home. That changed the first week he was here. I saw the neglect and fear and didn’t want to traumatize him more. I was told that his previous vet (faircrest vet clinic) said he was missing a toe, he was about 8, and had occasional blood in urine but that’s ok (what!?!?!) Dr. Logan had been so instrumental in Checkers journey. Checkers is NOT 8 but closer to 14. Of course blood is NEVER ok for human OR animal and so far he has not had any issues with that. NOT missing a toe but had TWO nails growing into his pads. He has some other issues and is a in a prescription diet and is currently on two meds. I know he does not like going to the vet but I swear he is grateful when he comes home after a visit because he knows he feels better and will continue to be better. It’s in the way he responds after he comes home that makes me feel this way. From all my pets, Neko (2009-2010 OH & CO), Simba (2012-2021 TN, MO, KS, WI) Snoopy (2013-2026 TN, MO, KS, WI, CO, NC), and now Checkers, my first cat, the care all of my pets have received and the love, affection, attention, respect, and support has been outstanding. I’ve never been more grateful for Dr. Logan and all the staff at this clinic. Thank you for all that you do and all the love you give to my furry children. First photo is Checker.     So far it's good. My girl cat had to come in unexpectedly. I do wish their was a payment plan option. They only do care credit. Which only works if you can pre-qualify. But vet and tech were great tho.

    We had a great experience with Banfield Pet Hospital during Bella’s check up and vaccinations. The staff was friendly, professional, and very patient with her throughout the visit. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure Bella was comfortable during her exam and shots. The appointment was organized, efficient, and we never felt rushed. It was clear that the team genuinely cares about the animals they see. Bella was treated with kindness from the moment we walked in, which made the whole experience much less stressful for both of us. I really appreciated the communication, attention to detail, and overall level of care. We left feeling confident that Bella received excellent treatment, and I would definitely recommend Banfield Pet Hospital to other pet owners looking for compassionate veterinary care
