  I have been a loyal Petco customer for probably close to a decade or longer have brought all my dogs here. I just walked in to the store this evening and was greeted or shall I say lack thereof a greeting by Tina. She already had the front door locked. Nothing shows welcoming a customer into the store by a locked door. Apparently it was too late for people to come into the store for Tina. She was the rudest, most condescending arrogant emotionless most horrible human that I’ve ever come into contact with this week. If she is the actual manager of your store, I would highly review hiring someone else with more customerservice driven with actual customerservice experience! It’s clear she has zero!!! I simply came in to make a few returns as I have had to go to a prescription dog food which I pay over $100 for monthly. All the previous associates have always said if my dog doesn’t like the food, I can return it at any time. Tina was the most unhelpful minimum wage customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with! Did I mention she was arrogant condescending? I will never be back to the store location because of Tina. What a raging see you next Tuesday!!!

  Called to find out that they have a certain product, drove there to find out they don't even carry it.

  Everything was great until check out. I was notified I no longer had rewards or coupons to use!!! I’m going to be looking into exactly how cost effective the savings of having a subscription actually are. Is it really worth it anymore?? I’m saddened by the switch!

  They don’t want your business. They were having a vaccine clinic and there were currently no dogs waiting to get vaccinated. I was with my child looking at the lizards which was near the clinic and I was asked to “give them breathing room” despite the fact that we weren’t in anyone’s way. I guess they don’t want our business, so we walked out.
