  No variety and very pricey. I would go to tractor Supply or fleet farm for your pet needs. Honestly the store could close and it wouldn't even make a dent.

  Our cricket buying experience here has been the worst. It went from giving us attitude when we asked them to get us crickets, to lying that they didn't have any, two only having small crickets to now having none and blaming it on the supplier for the last few months. Can't depend on them ever.

  I have never owned a dog that needed to be groomed. My experience at the Petco in Lake Geneva has been awful. It took me forever to get in and then I went for my first appointment and they told me that my rabies had been expired by one month. Which I thought was three years. So I made an appointment had her rabies done and returned to Petco for my second appointment. To be told that the rabies had to be at least 48 hours old. There was absolutely zero communication as to what they required. The groomer was rude and unfeeling. A wonderful customer walking into Petco saw how upset I was and recommended Cedar Dale Pet report. I called them and they got my dog in immediately . This was the most wonderful experience I ever could’ve had. I thank you Cedar Dale pet resort!!! And Thank you to the stranger that recommended you. I will never go to Petco in Lake Geneva again.

  Went in with my grandson's to buy fish for our new tank. The woman I found to help us was rude, mean and very unhelpful. Every fish they wanted she said no. Wouldn't explain why or give them other alternatives. Then she started on me to show her were I found my info on fish. We left very disappointed. We went to a different pet store and had a wonderful experience!

  Will never return to this location again the manager was very rude and unprofessional he asked me if my dog $hit i then replied no she did not and he continued accusing my dog of pooping on the floor then walked away throwing a fit after my dog came out of groomers 15 min later i went to pay with my 2 year old daughter and he once again came up to me basically harassing me swearing that it’s common f**kin decency to pick up my dogs $hit and he stepped in it and walked it through out his store .my dog did not poop and if she did i would have no issue picking up after her there was well over 10 customers with there dogs in there and he singled me out with the most nasty attitude ever and the fact of him swearing at a customer screaming at me with my toddler is disgusting behavior. My fiance then called to find out who it was and he happened to be the manager and basically stated the same thing swearing at him on the phone . AND even if she did have a accident and she didnt he could of politely said something and not screamed or swore at me with my toddler . Zero stars if I could … most uncomfortable experience ive ever had
