  Icame in to get a different type of food for my sick dog. I purchased a bag that was already marked down to be discarded because it was expiring and received a 50% discount at the time of purchase. When I returned later to buy a few more of the same bags that were also set to expire, the cashier refused to honor the previous discount. I asked for a manager. She identified herself as a manager, displayed a poor attitude, and immediately went to get the general manager. I was then denied the discount and told it was already “in my favor” that I had received 50% off previously and that they would not honor it again. The general manager (who first identified himself as Steve and later said his name was Mike when I asked again) stated that someone would be written up for giving expired food at 50% off. The food expires in approximately two weeks, so the store would have lost the money on it regardless. Other customers in the store heard the way the general manager spoke to me and when exiting store she said this store has horrible customer service. This management team does not appear focused on customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this location’s management. The customer service was poor when attempting to purchase food that was already set to be discarded.

  Everyone is so friendly and attentive to your needs. We are asked probably 2-3 times if we need help our have questions. Also, our puppy is in training by an amazing trainer. Jason is very knowledgeable. He gives us ideas and suggestions with behavioral questions on our puppy. I can’t say enough about his training and expertise.

  Always have what we need for our pets. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Vaccine clinic was great, curbside pickup is fast and reliable on a time constraint. Overall a solid place for your animals needs!

  I can’t express enough how much I love coming here to buy my fish and all the supplies. I literally won’t go anywhere else because the girl who works in the aquatic section is one of the most patient and knowledgeable people I have ever met. I trust her opinion fully and I stop in monthly (if not more) and get so happy when she’s working because I know it will be a good trip!

  Had the worst experience yesterday at there Janesville location one groomer just rude as could be. Made a complaint with corporate. Never had anything like this just rude.then canceled my appointment call them very rude girl answers and rude on phone puts me to the manager and no help at all ... The other two girls working were fantastic. They will lose my business for sure after this.would leave zero stars if I could.
