  I first gave this 5 stars after spending $50 on a Soresto collar that the vet said would repel mosquitos better than Advantix II, I found out that The Soresto Collor Does NOT Repel Mosquitos AT ALL. And now that I'm camping, my dog is getting all bit up. And threday before I took him to Vetco, I took my dog to the urgent care for a bad allergic reaction to bug bites! Great. Thanks.

  I visited this clinic to use a free exam coupon and have my dog checked to make sure she was healthy. During the visit, I asked a simple question about getting my dog spayed and an accident that had recently happened to her to see if they could help. When the veterinarian came into the room, my Mini Dachshund began barking because she was anxious and unfamiliar with the environment. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he repeatedly yelled at her to “shut up.” I was especially shocked because my 2 year old daughter was with me and witnessed the entire interaction. He then rudely told me to pick up my dog and proceeded to tell me that I should go to the Humane Society because they could not help me. What was most disappointing is that my dog was never actually examined. I came in simply wanting to make sure she was healthy, but after asking one question, I felt dismissed and sent elsewhere without receiving any care. The entire experience felt unprofessional, unwelcoming, and lacking compassion for anxious pets. As a pet owner, I expect a veterinarian to have patience and understanding when working with nervous animals. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last.

  Took our two dogs for shots and the vet was very rushed and disrespectful to my wife and my grandson telling them our 12 week old puppy needed obedience training or would not be welcome back for shots in four weeks. He was so rushed he picked up the wrong needle for the puppy and tech had to tell him twice the one he was fixing to give puppy was for our older dog there also. After getting right needle the nurse squeezed puppy so tight he squealed and tried biting her so vet jabbed him with two needles very quickly and said earlier comment. The company has very good prices so we will go back but not to see that vet.

  The price I was given over the phone to put my dog down with $65 but when I arrived at the checkout counter to pay, it was well over $200 very misleading and I’m very disappointed with that. Had I known it was gonna be that much I would’ve gone to The Humane Society for a much lower cost!
