- MVMelissa VAug 11, 20261.0I was extremely disappointed and upset by what I saw at this Petco. There was a dead axolotl left in a tank that appeared to be set up for plants, with bright lighting, rather than being properly cared.

When I came to my appointment the same lady that supposedly scheduled my appointment told me That there was no appointment in the schedule for my dogs, left disappointed, she acted as if it didn’t matter. I rescheduled another appointment later that day for the same thing , this time when I came in they only had my dogs down for 1 service which I asked for 2 services. Again the lady at the counter had an unpleasant attitude. I did talk to the manager briefly. However my whole day was wasted . My dogs was only able to get 1 service. I am very frustrated with the experience I received and will most likely not return! This review is specifically for the grooming service , not Petco In general.
