We brought our 8-week-old kitten here after we found her as a stray, and Kim and Dr. Ted got her all checked out. Got her distemperment shot and checked for feline leukemia virus. This place is great if you need somewhere to go if you find a stray!

They go out of their way to answer all of our questions. Very polite and caring.

Dr Ted and the entire staff are phenomenal. I have been bringing my cats and dogs here for a few years and I’ve only had good experiences.
I originally planned on only going to Vetco for less expensive vaccinations, and seeing their private practice vet for everything else. I was so impressed with their care that we now see Dr Ted for everything.
Recently it was time to say goodbye to my senior dog and we brought her in for euthanasia.
Obviously a difficult and painful decision, but the staff made the process as comfortable as possible for my dog and myself. Thank you.
I brought my Shih Tzu in this morning for an allergy shot, and unfortunately the experience was very upsetting. The vet tech did not seem to know how to properly administer the shot. She was holding the needle improperly and poked my dog in the back in several locations in the back, multiple times, causing him to yelp in pain.
I actually had to step in and bunch the skin at the back of his neck myself so the shot could be given correctly, and even then she was holding the syringe improperly. Instead of inserting the syringe in a slight angle she was inserting the syringe straight down.
I have had dogs for many years and have even given injections myself without any issue, so this was extremely disturbing to watch.
Please make sure this vet tech receives proper training so this does not happen to another animal.
