  We saw Dr. Young for the first time yesterday and we were so impressed with her knowledge, compassion and kindness. We moved our dogs’ care to Cambridge Vet seeking a more personal veterinary experience. I knew within minutes of arrival we’d be in good hands as everyone was so welcoming and kind. So happy with our decision!

  It was very disheartening to have leave such a negative review for a vet clinic that our family has grown to love and trust over the last 3 years. Our experience today certainly doesn’t speak to what has kept us coming back all this time. Our elderly dog has struggled with allergies for quite some time. We’ve invested lots of time and money into figuring out what triggers her allergy flare ups. Dr. Galen was pivotal in this process and ultimately we decided together that given our dogs age we needed to turn our attention to symptom management to provide quality to the years we had left with our dog. I’m appalled at the approach taken by the new veterinarian today. From her line of questioning to her avoidance to talk through and come up with a solution. Certainly not listening to me as the dog owner when I was trying to tell her what the treatment plan has been and what I wanted it to continue to be. Not because I don’t care about my dog as she made me feel but because together Badger Vet Clinic and I had come up with the plan to ensure our dog was comfortable. Veterinarians and those in the business of serving animals are not exempt from conducting themselves with good bedside manner and quality customer service. Calling the care of my dog into question is a nonstarter and certainly no way to retain customers. I want nothing more from this post then for the new veterinarian to learn how to speak to their customers in a kind, respectful, and non demeaning manner. We have had nothing but great things to say about Badger Vet Clinic my only hope for them is to address this issue before their business suffers and others have to endure the disrespect that we did.

  I cannot even explain how amazing the people are at this clinic. I waited over 16 hours at the VRC Emergency Room to not get a diagnosis for my Pug. Within an hour at the Cambridge Animal Hospital I pretty much had a diagnosis for her (her Dr wanted to do another test to confirm). After all her testing we had her diagnosis in which her Dr already told us. This will be my forever clinic for my fur babies!

  The best vet! Our big dog Charlie was treated with kindness and extra consideration due to his fears and the wonderful staff here totally went out of their way to accommodate Charlie's comfort and decrease his anxiety. Definitely have a new wonderful service for our furry child!
