  I am extremely disappointed with the care my pet received at this clinic. I described numerous behavioral and physical changes that had developed over the past several months, but the veterinarian dismissed them as being breed-related rather than investigating possible health concerns. When I asked about running a blood panel, I was encouraged to start with a DNA test instead. We left with no diagnostic testing, treatment plan, or meaningful medical guidance. We went to another clinic, where our pet received a thorough examination, blood work, and compassionate care. Within two weeks of receiving appropriate treatment, our dog’s health improved tremendously. It is incredibly frustrating that our pet’s condition was dismissed instead of properly evaluated. I’m grateful we sought a second opinion. We will not be returning.

  I am so thrilled to have finally found a veterinarian like Dr Kusba. She is not the typical veterinarian. Her holistic approach is such a breath of fresh air and exactly what I was looking for. My dog gets acupuncture here and red light laser therapy. I am so glad to be able to bring my dog to such a great place of healing. She has a thorough knowledge of orthopedics and I learn so much from her. She doesn't just treat my animal, she also teaches me how to help my dog at home as well. I love how she explains how to massage my dog so he can heal faster from his back injury. She even sent me videos to help me remember how to do it. This is invaluable to me and I really enjoy learning all the things to keep my dog as healthy as possible. I also like how she treats the whole dog and not just one symptom. I can tell she understands how everything is related and takes everything into consideration when assessing the health of my dog. She is very thorough and I really appreciate the kind attention she has showed to both my dog and myself. I feel very grateful to have a veterinarian like Dr. Kusba. The techs are great too. They have a skill for keeping my dog happy licking yummy treats while he gets his treatments from the doctor. My dog loves it there. :)

  This is our new vet. Our cat was sick, called our former vet on a Friday and they were unable to see our sick cat. I called Care Animal Clinic and despite not being a patient they were able to get us in that day and helped treat our cat. Our cat is doing Great now. We just had such a great experience at care animal clinic with Dr. Patchett. She was caring and thorough. We feel like she explained things very well. We will continue to get care for both our cats here in the future. Thank you to their great team.

  Wise and kind staff and vets take excellent care of both my pets. From delicate ear surgery (PiperCat) to gentle, thorough Senior exam and acupuncture all types of care are provided. Education for owners too, from enrichment tips to massage videos, I learn something at every visit!
