  You just don't seem to carry much for cat food. I only go there when time is short. Very seldom find what I wanted so I grab something else and hope she will eat it.

  I visited this location out of desperation and convenience because of a burnt out basking lightbulb, i usually shop a locally owned shop because they actually care for their animals.The conditions of the reptiles are horrible! The one bearded dragon they had was sleeping at 4 pm and looked awful, beardies should not be asleep at that time. I don't know alot about geckos, but I'm pretty sure they shouldn't be hiding and sleeping under the carpet, which by the way is not the proper flooring for any reptile. I took a picture, an employee was watching from afar and asked if I needed help. I said no, but your reptiles do, this guy does not look well. She said no he does not, and then asked what I was going to do with the picture. I said whatever i want and walked away because i was not going to be able to stay calm. She was more concerned with me showing off the deplorable conditions then she was of the poor animals, which tells me she knows how bad it was! You should not be able to stay open, this is not the first time I've seen this and the reason I stopped shopping there many years ago. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

  Went to petco grooming as ive been there with my other dog before and loved the experience. Took my puppy there today and staff was very rude and denied service to me and my puppy. I had mentioned to them she had very little matting around the neck area as she just got the body suit off from surgery a few days ago, they told me its not there job to get rid of matting and i need to take my puppy to the vet to get hair cut. I was so very unimpressed with this service as its there job to help cut hair not a vets job. Petco has forever lost my family and I as a customer forever. I would not take your animals to this place as they are very rude and disrespectful in the grooming area. So highly disappointed :(

  We went to 3 stores.one in oshkosh the staff was very polite and helpful in selecting fish and entertaining our dog.left there with 7 baby fish. 2nd store in appleton on cassaloma dr employee was very rude told me she could only sell me one fish and we wanted two more to finish filling our 35 gallon aquarium. Third store also in appleton off of Calumet dr employee was understanding of our needs and sold us the final fish we really wanted for our family. We are now a complete family with pets.
