- MCMegan Clarke3 days ago1.0New to Woodinville, I saw the store and popped-in to ask a few questions. I’ve studied both equestrian and western styles and was hoping they might have recommendations of stables in the area. The woman who greeted me was awesome. Really kind and welcoming. But there was another woman near the counter - blond with glasses - who must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. She acted as though my questions were irritating, and the way she spoke to me was…..it’s hard to find the right word…. well, let’s just say it took a lot for me to refrain from giving her feedback about her demeanor and walking out the door. There was no reason for her to speak to me as she did and as result of the experience, I have no intention of giving my business to the store. These interactions matter, even when someone is just asking a question. And while I rarely post a reviews, her behavior was so unpleasant that I wanted to say something.
