- TBTyler BergstromJun 21, 20262.0I’ve never had a good Vetco experience, regardless of location. This particular clinic can’t seem to communicate with the retail side which is truly impressive considering they can literally look out and see each other. It’s a 10 second walk from front desk to front desk. Not only that, the lack of communication between the clinic and its patients is baffling and shows serious incompetence and lack of organization. It’s no wonder they can’t keep these things open. I will never go to a Vetco again, do not give them your money or let them handle your pets.

- ACAlly CollinsMay 20, 20261.0Zero stars. I had a deeply disappointing experience at the Vetco Vaccination Clinic. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I waited 15 minutes to reach the front desk (they were mishandling the customer in front of me as well). The staff member at the podium repeatedly misrepresented my dog’s history while consulting the vet, constantly going back and forth between the front and back, wasting about 30 minutes. I corrected myself during the back and forth, providing more accurate information on my dog’s history of reactions to vaccinations (letting them know that he’s never had concerning reactions but also being honest about some minor swelling), but they still didn’t dispel their unfounded concerns and kept pushing me down a path I wasn’t comfortable with. Frustrated, I said I wished I had just given all of information upfront (again, the girl was taking bits of pieces of what I was saying out of context and discussing it with the vet in a back room). They twisted that, accusing me of dishonesty, saying that I’m a liar, and refused to vaccinate my dog. I do not recommend them, nor would I trust them with my pet’s life. They are clearly unequipped to handle vaccinations. On a lighter note, I was able to get my dog fully vaccinated with zero issues at Banfield in Hazel Dell on the same day—they even offered extra Benadryl to combat any adverse reactions proactively to ease my concerns after my terrible experience with Vetco. DO NOT trust your pet with these incompetent people. I’ll never shop at Petco or utilize Vetco again (which is a shame because I was a repeat customer).
