Person checking in pets was incredibly rude. She sprayed a "calm kitty" spray on the cats' carriers after being asked to leave them alone. One of my cats has a bad reaction to it. The clinic also wrote that one of my cats was "aggressive and hissing" and thats why they will not see her. She never hissed and they never even tried to take her out of the carrier. Lying on vet records, and giving "calming spray" that puts my cat in distress was alarming, so we decided to bring both cats home without being seen today. It was a huge waste of time and I will never feel like my cats are safe here.

We came in with 4 small dogs, 3 of them 6 months old puppies. They went in for rabies vaccines and the puppies got their microchips. They were all very nice. The vet herself was phenomenal. I wish she had a practice, cause I would make her our vet.
