We came in with 4 small dogs, 3 of them 6 months old puppies. They went in for rabies vaccines and the puppies got their microchips. They were all very nice. The vet herself was phenomenal. I wish she had a practice, cause I would make her our vet.

Rude staff. Vetco have given my dog wrong vaccines twice now and on top of that staff is pushy and rude. They double/triple book and have a hard sell and then tell you we only have 5 minutes and tell you to go elsewhere if you dont just accept what they say. Vet techs with minimal training have the biggest know it all attitude.

I’ve never had a good Vetco experience, regardless of location. This particular clinic can’t seem to communicate with the retail side which is truly impressive considering they can literally look out and see each other. It’s a 10 second walk from front desk to front desk. Not only that, the lack of communication between the clinic and its patients is baffling and shows serious incompetence and lack of organization. It’s no wonder they can’t keep these things open. I will never go to a Vetco again, do not give them your money or let them handle your pets.
