  Called the Mill Plane location last week to verify on vaccination clinic Sunday 3-6pm for dog Flea Tic blood draw testing. Called before I left home Sunday at 4:20pm to confirm clinic was still there and confirmed till 6pm. Drove 30 minutes to find out clinic techs were packing up leaving and Vet was already gone. They could not help me with my dog testing. Very disappointing to know the lack of communication between the store phone employee answering with wrong information about the clinic . Not sure how to trust future phone inquiries.

  Super friendly staff ,great managers that are always willing to help every time I go in and the groomers are great too,my dog is always happy to be there. I heard the new vetco staff are real nice too.

  While using the self dog wash area, I had an issue with the tub not draining and the water running soapy non-stop, not ideal. My dog was ready for a rinse. I was unable to leave my dog since he was in the tub, hooked up, could choke if left unattended and also soapy and wet. So I got the groomers attention and signaled to the groomer for help. I waited and waited. She never bothered. I signal her again while a manager is now talking to her. They both casually glance my way and then continue their chat. Boy, customers sure seem like an inconvenience to these employees. Waiting a few more minutes...Then the manager finally walks by me and I call out to her for assistance. She looked at me and continued walking saying she was too busy. But she never bothered to send anyone to help me out. Finally an "employee" comes by to pet my dog but has no clue that I had asked for help from the manager over 10 minutes ago. I said to her I've been waiting for a while to get some help back here and she says that she's the only one on the floor so she couldn't help me out either. I said you're giving me a real good reason to start shopping at PetSmart and she shrugs and says okay. Huh, and there you have it.

  Zoe has been working with our dog Gracie in Petcos Advanced Dog training. What an excellent resource. Class was amazing with a lot of structure, tips and tricks. We will be going back.

  Love this Petco, it's our preferred store for our fish and bearded dragon supplies! Melissa has been great when helping us choose supplies and bearded dragons. Sometimes supplies like filters and fish food are short on supplies which is why I gave a 4 star rating because I have to go to Hazel Dell Petco to get filters or fish food.
