- AGAz GalMay 1, 20261.0I attempted to purchase dog food, which requires a prescription, and they refuse. I have been coming to this location for over six months, with a picture of the prescription card as we share the physical card, until today. This location is the only one that sells my dog food in Vancouver. The associate said that she needed the actual card, I said that I don’t have it and that you have taken a picture of the card, with my drivers license for six months. She got the manager, the manager said it’s been their policy to only accept the card, and would allow this one purchase. I then told her that I would no longer be coming to this location, and then she refused to sell me the product, even though she had told me less than five minutes beforehand, that she would allow this one last time. Inconsiderate, inconvenient and inconsistent.
