More recently, we called early on a Saturday to get the vet’s opinion on our dog’s injury and was told that the medical team would call me back. They closed at 3, but we received a call back at 3:30. They apologized for the late callback and explained they were slammed. The call back meant more than they know! I thought they forgot but taking the time to call us and hear us out went above and beyond, especially after closing.

In good or bad times they are very empathetic and understand to whatever the circumstances. They have treated me with respect, the doctors and staff are so friendly and willing to help and answer questions, they do know the answers, ALL of them! As long as I have animals, I will bring them here! The one special thing I love about this place is they don't talk in long words that I don't understand and need to ask them to talk to me like a kindergartener! They speak my language, which I appreciate so very much! Thank you Doctors and staff for making me feel like family 😻💜
