  Went in for an exam two weeks ago...they told my my dog needed shots. I asked how much they said 40.00 with a booster in two weeks but they neglected to tell me it would be another 40.00 for the booster.. I don't know about you but when I ask the price of something I want the total price of the thing. I also asked if I'd be charged another exam fee they said no because a technician would administer the booster but they neglected to tell me there is a technician fee...come on mountain view stop being evasive with your prices. I was so surprised I had to pay more because they omitted that part. And the receptionist"s attitude was " sorry not sorry" do better mountain view

  My pets have been seen here for years- best veterinary clinic I've been to (and we've been to a lot- we were a military family that moved a more than a few times). Caring and compassionate staff, fair pricing, honest recommendations (won't upsell you things you don't need just because), and very knowledgeable. They recognized a dire (and extremely uncommon) health condition for one of our dogs and referred us to a specialist immediately, saving his life. Dr's Patete and Batillega are who our pets have seen, and I can highly recommend them.

  I had my first rehabilitation session today for my dogs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care we received. Alison, Annette, and Dr. Wuuben were all incredibly welcoming, professional, and thorough from start to finish. They took the time to ask thoughtful questions, carefully evaluated my dogs, and explained every exercise in a way that was easy to understand and continue at home. I really appreciated how patient they were and how much time they spent making sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. One of my favorite touches was that they sent me adorable photos and a video demonstrating the exercises, which is such a helpful resource and shows how much they care about both their patients and their clients. The entire team made a wonderful first impression, and it’s clear they are passionate about what they do. I’m looking forward to continuing my dogs’ therapy sessions with them and highly recommend Mountain View Veterinary Rehabilitation to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and exceptional rehabilitation care for their pets.
