Several times I've taken my dog in and they act like he doesn't exist, even though he's begging for their attention. Shame, but PetSmart doesn't now either. They had a good deal on reptile enclosure. Otherwise I normally shop at PetSmart.

Everybody there pretty much knows me anyway, I'm always in there, it's the only place I go to get my dogs treats, and I'll buy quite a bit of them as they all know there, But everyone there is always super nice and helpful. I really enjoy coming to my local Petco.

A lady who works in the fish section started making faces at me and treated me in the worst possible way. I politely asked her if she could tell me which ones were male and female, and she just made faces like “how would I know.” We go there to buy fish, not to ask for anything for free. I have never felt so bad because of someone who basically discriminated against me for not speaking English very well. I hope you speak with your employees and encourage them to be more empathetic with customers, regardless of their background. I really hope you can show more empathy…..
