From the moment we walked in, we felt taken care of. Everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout my first vet visit for my pet. The appointment went super fast yet the staff was very helpful in describing what was going to occur in this visit and what to expect for the next visit. Super glad I chose this veterinarian for my pet.

This was our first visit and everything went so well. Our dog is very anxious and he cannot be around other dogs. They made sure that he was able to enter the exam room without stress and were so sweet and loving during his exam and vaccinations. I’m so relieved to find such a wonderful vet office! Everyone we interacted with was compassionate, helpful, and friendly.

While I can give them credit for being decent at what they do (at least in the beginning, and for sake of convenience) - I cannot in good conscience stay with this vet any longer. At the end of March I'd lost one of my three cats (all siblings), due to a cancerous mass in her mouth. It came on suddenly during February and was an arduous time I was hoping wouldn't abruptly end, at least to try and get help for her. That was a hard enough situation to deal with, as I've been through enough trials in life with all three of these babies, who I care about more than life itself. This especially after losing my mother who is near and dear to my heart in 2021. They kept me from a very dark place. Today I had an officer sent to my house out of the concern for one of my other cats who had developed a pleural effusion on her lungs, and only just recently had thoracentesis done. That was just two days ago. She had an appt here at her primary after the thoracentesis appointment to try and get other tests done, but due to her duress they were unable. Despite the supposed concern they showed due to her condition, I am not someone who is in a position to pay thousands upon thousands of dollars (as much as I wish I could, desperately) for the care of my animals. So I preferred to take her back home to try and figure out alternatives to further assess her condition with other professionals. Unfortunately due to an accident, she passed at home yesterday. I was incredibly DEVASTATED. I feel that I was misjudged just because I didn't want to go by their advice and put my cat down. How you can be so incredibly cruel when someone is already grieving one pet, but now two? I hadn't updated them yet because I was already beside myself with grief. I am FAR from a bad pet parent and it was completely unnecessary to send someone out to my home. I'm never returning here again. If you have any concern for your pets, I implore you to look elsewhere.
