    *** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING DOG TO GROOMERS**** I have taken my long haired Pomeranian to this place 3 different times. She was groomed the first time and the groomer seemed to be very reluctant due to her long hair, we had to insist. Upon picking her up, she was very stressed and skiddish. We found a giant nic on her head that was bleeding and was not disclosed to us and she was extremely skiddish for the rest of the day. She gets along with everyone, cats, dogs, any human. The last two times, we have gotten a call within an hour or two denying her due to being “too aggressive” and “growling”. But we have taken her immediately to a different Petco, both times, and she’s groomed same day, NO ISSUES. No growling. NOTHING. Even random people walking through the store pet her. If staff are not willing to do the work on a long haired dog, they should not be working at a groomers. And if staff can’t avoid taking their anger out, ON A DOG, they should not be working at a groomers. Injuries to an animal that is not yours and you inflicted, need to be reported to the owner. Place and person is being reported.

    Normally no issues. This time however one of the dogs came back smelling like wet dog :( for $100 a piece it’s frustrating.

    I have not had one bad experience with my frenchie - every groomer has been so kind and remember my girl even when it’s been a few months. She smells great and her nails are perfectly smooth.
