During my visit, I overheard a voicemail left by Mikayla- that did not fully disconnect, and I was able to hear comments being made about my dog and me as a client that felt unprofessional and judgmental. Regardless of intent, this is not something a customer should be exposed to. It made me uncomfortable and left me with a negative impression of the service. I’ve used other groomers without issues, so this experience stood out to me. I’ve also reached out to corporate and filed a formal complaint. I hope more attention is given to professionalism and ensuring client privacy going forward.
- BBBlaine BuckmasterMay 22, 20261.0So I recently bought a conure and over the past 5 years I bought 3 other birds, idk if it’s new management but they told me wings were clipped I wasn’t able to see him due to him being scared/shy he wouldn’t show his back wings so I believed the worker who handled the bird. I paid the fee bought some toys I asked so he’s clipped right can you double check she checks and says yea miscommunication he’s not clipped they had him since august so I asked for a discount she said why sir cause he’s not clipped I said yea that’s exactly why she gave me attitude and not to mention the girl who helped me stink like onions it’s a professional establishment you probably should act like it.

However it's absolutely heartbreaking that when i visited the store on 5/20/2026 i went to see the red eared slider turtles because we have a 7 year old lady at home and one of the turtles in the tank was very obviously blind and at least one was not living. Im not sure what could be the cause of so many pets being sick or deceased in the store but please fix it. 😭
