- CSCynthea Sok3 days ago1.0I made a formal complaint with corporate about 2 months ago and I still haven’t heard back from them. 2 months ago after my dogs appointment I overheard the employees talking smack about me and my dog on an accidental voicemail they left me. Today Petco called me and asked if I wanted to book another appointment for my dog. Um you guys still haven’t resolved the issue? I am never taking my dog here again and I do not recommend anyone here. I still expect a resolution and I hope I receive one soon.
